5 things you might not know about me

This blog is in English, cause I promised it earlier and…well, shouldn’t we open Germany more for overseas? …joking…

So Indya, this is for you:

The one and only Hufi has invited me half a decade ago to do this “5 things you might not know about me”-thing. So here we go:

1.) I did set up a trend! Really, it happened in the 5^th class (which is when you are about 12 years old). At that time, I was kind of forced to wear the clothes of my older siblings. But no reason to cry, therefore I invented the most flippin XXL-look ever! I didn’t take long and the people around me started doing the same. Well, and today you can buy Baggy-Pants everywhere, as well as XXL Shirts…so now you know, it all started with me!

2.) I played the fiddle once…but the thing was, I used the booklet of my older sister. She had written numbers over every single note so that I used to play by numbers. I wasn’t able to read a single note. It all came out when I had to get a new booklet… short time afterwards I quit playing, it didn’t make fun any longer.

3.) Before I was 18, I never went into a disco (well, the “Faust” in Hannover doesn’t really count). This was because I couldn’t lie properly. Until today, it is really funny to play any “lying-games” with me.

4.) It was at least about 4 times, that I went to the hairdresser. Two times before I was 12, then when I had to cut my Dreads, and the last time was before I got married.

5.) Not to do anything is very hard for me…whenever I brush my teeth, sit on the toilet, wait 2 minutes for someone, I grap something to read, make a crossword…whatever keeps me moving ;-)
